I. CONFIRMATION - The advertiser and influencer acknowledge the terms of this contract/email and will comply.

II. Compensation Agreement – ​​As full compensation and consideration for the full and complete performance of all work and other obligations under this Agreement and all costs, the parties confirm that the Company shall pay the agreed amount of {agreed amount} prior to the fulfillment of the duties and obligations of the Brand Ambassador.

III. Product use and ownership - The brand ambassador shall be supplied with products by the company free of charge for the benefit of the brand ambassador. The brand ambassador accepts that by such delivery of products, the brand ambassador cannot postpone the products for resale. If the Brand Ambassador decides to discontinue use, return or sell the Products, the Brand Ambassador shall notify the Company prior to such action.

IV. REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTENT
A. The influencer should create original content that is decent, honest and factual.
B. An approval from the advertiser is required before uploading the content.
C. The approved content created will be shared by the influencer to his/her social media accounts listed in the email.
D. The advertiser may ask the influencer to add tags, links or titles to the description of the uploaded media.
E. Content must comply with the terms and conditions of the social media platform used.
F. The content must not contain any vulgar language and must be suitable for everyone.

V. COPYRIGHT – The Ambassador will own the copyright to the uploaded media. However, both parties are allowed to share it with their own respective channels.

VII. CONFIDENTIALITY - This contract is strictly confidential and only authorized persons are allowed to view.

VIII. AMENDMENT - This contract can only be amended or modified through the written consent of both parties (advertiser and influencer).

IX. GOVERNING LAW - This contract shall be governed by the laws of Norway.
