Over the years, we have carefully crafted products that last. From the materials we use to the after-sales services we offer, we are committed to increasing the lifespan of our products for our customers. In addition, we consistently work to improve and innovate our production processes.
We work across our value chain to focus on sourcing certified key raw materials, integrating circular business models and eliminating plastic from our packaging.
THE PLANET: BECOME CLIMATE NEUTRAL
The climate crisis is one of the most significant challenges facing society. Future generations and the long-term success of our company depend on the actions we take now. We aim to become climate neutral by 2045. This means that we will reduce our emissions across the entire value chain by at least 90% by 2045 (from 2021) and neutralize the remaining emissions through carbon offset projects.

SOCIETY: THE BATTLE AGAINST BLOOD DIAMONDS
We use sustainable, laboratory-created diamonds in our North products. These diamonds are physically and optically identical to excavated diamonds, but are produced in a laboratory and in a sustainable manner. Mined diamonds have caused destruction and conflict in countries such as West and Central Africa. Our laboratory created diamonds are of high quality and the production process is economically and environmentally responsible. We are committed to producing ethical and sustainable products and strive to contribute to the well-being of people and the planet for a brighter future.
