2 year warranty

We stand behind the quality of our jewelery with a limited 2-year guarantee - our guarantee that all jewelery is free from material and manufacturing defects upon receipt of the product.

What is covered?

Your jewelery is warranted against any manufacturing defects (in materials or workmanship) for the duration of the original purchaser's lifetime. From the date of purchase from an authorized North dealer and subject to applicable laws.

What is not covered?

Our 2-year warranty does not cover lost items, scratches, damage caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modification (change in size or repair work carried out by a third party), or normal wear and tear.

Unfortunately, items purchased through a third party supplier will not be covered by our warranty. If your order was not completed at www.icefromnorth.no/ or in one of our stores in Norway, you must contact the company you purchased the goods from.

To ask whether your jewelery is covered by this guarantee, contact support@icefromnorth.no with your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the problem.

Warranty claims must be accompanied by acceptable proof of purchase from an authorized North dealer, or the online order number.

Note that you are expected to pay 50% of the original cost of the item for repairs and/or replacements in the following cases, even during the warranty period: failure or damage caused by misuse or carelessness (impact, dents, crushing, etc.), failure or damage caused by improper repair or modification, aesthetic changes arising from normal wear and tear, aging (minor scratches, etc.) and change of color such as subtle color changes on the coating, etc. and failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as an earthquake .

In the event that your item required for warranty has been discontinued or sold out, a credit code will be offered for the value paid on the original purchase to be used towards a new replacement purchase of another item.

We will not honor false or fraudulent warranty claims and reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any warranty claims that we suspect are fraudulent. Rings can be resized but will void warranty - please alter at your own risk.
