HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELERY
All our jewelery designs are plated with a very thick layer of 14-24k gold. We want you to love and wear your North jewelery for many years, so here are some maintenance tips to keep them looking their best.
AVOID EXPOSE THEM TO CHEMICALS
If you frequently expose your jewelry to water and chemicals, it can affect the durability of the shine and gold plating. Eventually, the coating may begin to peel off. Rings are particularly sensitive, as they are more exposed.
To avoid this, we recommend that you first put on make-up, perfume, body sprays and/or cream, wait a few minutes for it to sink in, and then put on your jewellery. Believe us when we say that we are professional jewelry wearers all day, every day - but we strongly recommend that you remove your jewelry when in contact with water or applying the chemicals mentioned above.
When performing manual tasks, remove jewelry to prevent physical damage or exposure to chemicals or cleaning fluids. Some tasks that should be avoided when wearing jewelry include kitchen work, gardening, cleaning the house and others.
Do not wear jewelery in swimming pools and spas. Chlorine water can react with metals found in jewelry and cause discoloration and even structural damage. As a result, it is a good idea to remove jewelry before entering the pool or spa.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Remember to clean your jewelery regularly. We recommend using a soft and dry cloth made of 100% cotton and gently rubbing the surface. In this way, you can restore the shine of your jewelry. You can also use lukewarm water and a little washing-up liquid to clean the jewelery gently. Do not use polishing agents or the like - especially not on gold-plated jewellery. Your jewelery is best stored separately to avoid scratches from other jewellery. Feel free to store them in the original box, accompanying luxury bag or in an airtight container.

Can I pay later?
Of course! We give you the option to either pay in installments or pay later. Just remember to choose Klarna at checkout.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes, for 2 years from the date of purchase, we will take care of your product if damage occurs to the material. Just contact us and we'll send you a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification of the product by a third party.
Which size should I choose?
It's all up to your preference and taste when it comes to chains. At the same time, it is important to us that you choose the right size for our other products. Read our size guide and choose the perfect one.

What do I do if a product is out of stock?
For products that are out of stock, please find the 'notify me when available' button on the product pages and add your email address to the waiting list. When the product is back in stock, you will be notified by email.

How quickly will my order be processed?
We process all orders within 1-3 working days after the order has been placed, and as soon as payment has been confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note that we do not process, ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays or on public holidays.
