How can I track my order?

Have an account?
Log in to my page, go to "My orders" for status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can track its movement as it makes its way to you.

Without an account?
Create an account with the order email. Tracking number will be sent when the package is ready.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting, canceling or changing the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that our team works quickly to ship your order, so we may not be able to make changes upon request.

For custom, solid gold and engraved goods, we cannot cancel or change the order after it has been placed.
