1. Overview. Thank you for choosing to become a member of the ICE FROM NORTH+ membership program (the "Program")! These ICE FROM NORTH+ membership terms and conditions ("Membership Terms") apply to your membership in the Program. Membership is subject to the wider terms of ICE FROM NORTH and does not affect ICE FROM NORTH's terms for other products and services. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Membership and ICE FROM NORTH's terms of use or terms of sale, these Terms of Membership shall control with respect to the Program.

2. Membership and Qualification. The Program is a membership program offered by ICE FROM NORTH to eligible individuals who are 16 years of age or older and are legal residents of a jurisdiction in which ICE FROM NORTH conducts business ("Members"). The program gives Members access to various benefits and benefits, which are determined and made available by ICE FROM NORTH from time to time. Membership in the Program ("Membership") is free and limited to one membership per person. Eligible minors must have the consent of a guardian to participate. Employees of ICE FROM NORTH are eligible to join the Program, but may be ineligible for certain benefits or other benefits, as determined by ICE FROM NORTH in its sole discretion.

BY APPLYING FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE (OR, IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR GUARDIAN HAS CONSENT) TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO BECOME A PROGRAM MEMBER.

3. Registration. To become a Member, you must create an account with ICE FROM NORTH ("Account"). You can create an Account and join the Program on the ICE FROM NORTH website or in store by providing the requested information and agreeing to these Membership Terms. For existing ICE FROM NORTH accounts, all accounts have now been automatically upgraded and you will receive an email communication about your ICE FROM NORTH+ Account.

When you register for your Account in the Store, you will receive an email prompting you to add a password to your Account. You must complete this step to access your Account and the Program.

To register for your account online at www.icefromnorth.no , select the profile symbol and then Log In/Create Account. Follow the prompts to enter your email address and create your account.

To register for your Account on the ICE FROM NORTH Mobile App, follow the instructions to enter your email address and create your Account. Use of your ICE FROM NORTH account on the ICE FROM NORTH App also requires acceptance and compliance with ICE FROM NORTH's terms of use and is restricted to residents of Norway.

4. Necessary information. When registering your Account, you will be asked to provide your first name, last name, telephone number and email address. You are not required to provide a date of birth, but only Members who provide a valid date of birth are eligible for benefits related to date of birth. A current, valid email address is required for you to participate and receive benefits associated with the Program. To notify ICE FROM NORTH of a change of email address or make significant changes to your account information, please contact our customer service team.

5. Deselect. You can opt out of communications about your ICE FROM NORTH+ Membership by unsubscribing from email communications, SMS communications or turning off push notifications for the ICE FROM NORTH app. You can opt out of the ICE FROM NORTH+ Program at any time by deleting your Account. To delete your Account, please submit a deletion request via our privacy portal. If you delete your Account, or if your participation in the Program is otherwise terminated, you will not be able to use your Account or access the benefits of the Program, including previous purchases, and all Membership Benefits will be void.

6. Membership benefits. Members who are part of the Program may be eligible for certain benefits or benefits from time to time, as determined by ICE FROM NORTH in its sole discretion. You understand and agree that any promotional offers are available for a limited period, while stocks last. Such promotional offers are subject to change at any time and are subject to additional terms and conditions that ICE FROM NORTH may specify from time to time. ICE FROM NORTH reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate any benefit and/or promotion at any time for any reason without prior notice. Certain benefits may be available only in certain channels (eg in-store, on the ICE FROM NORTH website or via the ICE FROM NORTH app), as specified by ICE FROM NORTH. ICE FROM NORTH may, in its sole discretion, modify these benefits to make them available through additional channels, but is not obligated to do so and may choose not to extend the benefit beyond its original availability.

Membership benefits may include promotions such as:

• Gift with Purchase : Gift with purchase promotions may be offered to Members of ICE FROM NORTH from time to time. Exclusions, minimum purchases and inventory or geographic restrictions may apply. Members in Norway are not currently eligible for gift with purchase. Gifts are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.

• Exclusive Products : Exclusive products may be made available to Members of ICE FROM NORTH from time to time. Exclusive products may include limited editions, early releases, unique colors or other products designated by ICE FROM NORTH. Exceptions, additional qualification requirements and stock or geographic restrictions may apply. Availability and selection may vary by point of sale and channel. Certain products may be exclusive for a limited period, and ICE FROM NORTH may, at its discretion, impose restrictions on the number of units of exclusive products per Member.

• Early Access to Product Launches and/or Sales : Early access may be offered to Members of ICE FROM NORTH for selected sales and for selected new products. Discounts (including employee discounts) and other promotions cannot be used for the purchase of products that are already on sale. Exceptions and geographic restrictions may apply. Selection and availability may vary.

• Free Shipping : Every Monday, Members can receive free shipping on products purchased during the periods listed below, with no minimum purchase, when they complete their purchase using their ICE FROM NORTH+ Account. Orders eligible for free shipping will be processed and shipped in accordance with ICE FROM NORTH's standard shipping terms and procedures. Expected delivery time may vary. Exceptions and geographic restrictions may apply. Members in Norway are not currently eligible for free shipping.

To be eligible for free shipping, orders must be placed within the following timeframes:

• Norway: 12.00 CET Monday to 03.00 CET Tuesday

• Sweden: 12:00 CET Monday to 03:00 CET Tuesday

• Denmark: 12:00 CET Monday to 03:00 CET Tuesday

• Finland: 12:00 CET Monday to 03:00 CET Tuesday

• Rest of the world: 12:00 CET Monday to 03:00 CET Tuesday

• Birthday Benefits : Members who have entered a valid date of birth for their Account may be eligible for selected birthday benefits such as styling sessions or discounts on selected products. Birthday benefits must be redeemed during the Member's birthday month, cannot be transferred, exchanged or have a cash value. ICE FROM NORTH reserves the right to change or terminate benefits at any time at its sole discretion. Styling sessions are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Any Birthday Benefit discounts may only be used on regular priced items and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts, used with gift cards, or used toward piercing service fees. Certain black dates (eg Black Friday and Boxing Day promotion periods) may apply. If you are eligible for a birthday benefit and have consented to receive marketing communications, you will receive an email from ICE FROM NORTH detailing your benefit and any requirements and/or restrictions. Exclusions, minimum purchases and inventory or geographic restrictions may apply. Members in Norway are not currently eligible for birthday benefits.

• Branded Experiences and Community Events : From time to time, Members may be eligible for exclusive branded experiences at ICE FROM NORTH, such as exclusive offers or access to selected events. Eligibility may vary (including any restrictions, such as age limits, required by local laws and regulations). Exceptions and geographic restrictions may apply. If a Member receives an invitation to a Brand or Community Event, the invitation is non-transferable and Members must RSVP according to the instructions provided in the invitation. Registration on a third-party platform may be required (including consent to the terms of use of such platform). Invitations cannot be transferred or sold and have no cash value.

• Personal Style Tips : From time to time, ICE FROM NORTH may provide Members with personal product recommendations, style tips and other fashion-related content. In order to receive marketing communications, a Member must have consented to receive marketing communications from ICE FROM NORTH, using a valid email address. Members may choose to unsubscribe by using the "unsubscribe" link provided in the email or by contacting our customer service team. The frequency and content of the newsletter can be changed at ICE FROM NORTH's discretion.

7. Changes to the Program.

a. Residence outside Quebec. ICE FROM NORTH may limit, suspend or modify the Program at its sole discretion. Any significant changes to these Membership Terms and Conditions will be posted online at www.icefromnorth.no and may also be sent directly to ICE FROM NORTH+ Members and/or made available in participating ICE FROM NORTH stores. Significant changes include changes to the Program Benefits.

b. Residence in Quebec. In the event that these Membership Terms, or any part of the Program is restricted, amended, suspended or modified, ICE FROM NORTH will provide you with at least thirty (30) days prior notice before the change becomes effective. Such notice will be given by posting the amended Terms of Membership on www.icefromnorth.no and by sending you a written notice to the email address associated with your Account. Upon receipt of such notice, you may withdraw or cancel your participation in the Program by sending ICE FROM NORTH notice no later than thirty (30) days after the change takes effect, at the address or e-mail address specified in the notice.

c. If you do not exercise your right to withdraw or terminate your participation in the Program by giving ICE FROM NORTH notice no later than thirty (30) days after the change becomes effective, your continued participation in the Program at any time after such thirty (30) day grace period has expired, constitute your consent to be bound by the change.

8. End of the Program. We reserve the right to terminate the Program and will give thirty (30) days written notice to be given in participating stores, on our website at www.icefromnorth.no or through other communications to Members, including email. Participation in the Program is voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time.

9. Arbitration, Class Action Waiver, No Jury Trial

a. Binding Arbitration. You agree that the sole and exclusive venue and remedy for all disputes and claims that cannot be resolved informally and that in any way relate to or arise out of the Program shall be final and binding arbitration, except to the extent that you have in any way infringed or threatened to infringe any intellectual property right of ICE FROM NORTH, its subsidiaries or a third party, or any right of privacy or publicity, then you acknowledge that arbitration is not an adequate remedy at law and that injunctive or other appropriate relief may sought by ICE FROM NORTH, its subsidiaries or applicable third parties.

b. No Class Arbitration. You agree that you will bring any claims against us in your individual capacity and not as part of a class arbitration, class action or representative action.

c. No Jury Trial. If for any reason a claim or case is allowed to go to court, you waive your right to a jury trial.

10. Choice of law. These Terms of Membership and all related matters are governed exclusively by the laws of Norway and the applicable federal laws in Norway, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute between you and ICE FROM NORTH arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Membership shall be resolved before the courts in Oslo, Norway. If you are a resident of Norway, these Terms of Membership and all related matters are governed by the laws of Norway and the applicable federal laws of Norway, without regard to conflict of laws principles, and all disputes shall be resolved before the courts in Oslo, Norway.

11. Privacy and Customization. Certain member data, including preferences, past purchase history and browsing behavior, may be used to provide members with personalized product recommendations in marketing communications. ICE FROM NORTH respects the privacy of your personal data and does not share individual subscriber data with third parties without consent. Please review our privacy policy for information on how we collect, use, share and manage your personal information.

12. Norway Notification of Financial Incentive. According to the law in Norway, loyalty programs can be considered a financial incentive. If the Program is considered a financial incentive, you may withdraw your consent at any time by closing your Account. For more information about our privacy practices, please see our California Privacy Policy.

13. Generally. Our failure to exercise any of our rights, powers or remedies in these Membership Terms or at law, or any delay in doing so, does not constitute a waiver of those rights, powers or remedies. A single or partial exercise of a right, power or means does not prevent the subsequent exercise or exercise of any right, power or means. Each of the provisions included in these Terms of Membership are distinct and severable, and a determination of the validity or invalidity of any such provision or part thereof by a court of competent jurisdiction will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms of Membership .
