About the Role:

Main tasks:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat and e-mail
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries .
• Provide detailed product information and assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer service experience for our customers.
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve products and services.
