About the Role:

As a personal assistant, you will have a key role in supporting the general manager with administrative tasks, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and other daily tasks to contribute to the smooth running of our dynamic and innovative company. Your ability to adapt and handle multiple tasks will contribute to effective management and success for our team.

Your main areas of responsibility:

• Manage calendars, including scheduling and organizing meetings and appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, both e-mails and telephone inquiries.
• Coordinating travel plans and logistics for the general manager.
• Prepare and organize documents and reports.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of special projects and events.
• Ensure efficient and flexible daily operations for the general manager.

Wanted qualifications:

• Experience from a similar role as personal assistant or in administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• High degree of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
